What we do

We deliver innovative large-scale Work Integrated Learning programs and develop the software that makes this possible.

Intersective has worked with some of Australia’s leading universities and employers to design, manage and deliver innovative large-scale Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programs. Using our proprietary software platform, Practera, we provide an online space and intuitive dashboard that supports the unique demands of a WIL program and the needs of students, educators and employers.

WIL programs

There are currently opportunities for universities to partner in Intersective’s award winning WIL programs: the Deloitte Innovation Fastrack Challenge, Ernst & Young Asian Century Growth Initiative, and Serious Games.

“Intersective plays an important role in helping us to deliver a world class Master of management program.”

Kristine Dery, Program Director | University of Sydney

Work Integrated Learning Software

Underpinning our WIL programs is our unique software platform, Practera.

Practera takes the hard work out of administering effective WIL programs, providing customised experiences and support for the unique needs of each of the stakeholders. Where traditional learning management systems such as Blackboard support a Professor/classroom learning model, Practera works within the dynamic environment of a WIL program, responding to the distinct requirements of students, employers, and educators.
